Located in downtown Winchester Mass. is the Mill Pond Medical Building. It seems that the owner has found that rening out his basement (for equipment), and the roof for antennas, can be a lucrative business.

Again, I believe both Sprint PCS and AT&T are located on the building, along with Bell Atlantic and Cellular One, and Nextel.
